Limit Admin Course Visibility By Category

Looking to limit course visibility for admins based on the category. We need to hide the list of assignable courses in our catalog from Linked In Learning. It's not efficient to edit the visibility of 10,000 courses.

Add "Certificate" rule to Global Resource Availability
