Ability to add folders or groups for resources

If we have a lot to resource based on chapter, it is very helpful to add them into folder. Right now we don't have that functionality.

Learners should be able to Un-Enroll after they have started a course.

I think Learners should be able to Un-Enroll in a course after they have started it. If I start a course and don't like it, I should be able to Un-Enroll.

Allow Typing in Date Fields

It is very time consuming to have to click several times to find dates on a calendar from different months/years. Make it so we can either type in dates or copy/paste dates. It would be SO much faster and easier.

I would like to be able to include SCORM Objectives in reports. Likewise I would like to be able to include xAPI user responses in reports. I mean the text string of their responses, not the value of their responses.
