restrict which admins can access and edit question banks and collaborations
When adding courses you can restrict admin visibility and editing ability to admins from specific departments. It would be good to be able to this with question banks and collaborations too.
Add the Group Visibility option under "Enable Course Visibility" in the new Admin interface. This is an option in the previous version under the Availability tab. Not sure why it was removed for the newer version.
Ability to Rename and Use Fields Under Attributes in Course Settings on the Certificate of Completion
