Import Users for Course Assignments

It would be nice to have the ability to import user assignments to course rather than checking/unchecking users when the auto-enrollment rules do not apply.

enrolment key instruction

Is there any way the text entry boxes for enrolment keys can contain instructions, for example prompting a user to enter their work e-mail address in the required box.
