The "new user" email message template is set up to send out our ADP new user account is created. Sometimes we don't put the "work email" in due to waiting on IT to create it. So the new user email won't sent without an email.
Wish there was a push button to resent the message to a user or a group of users once we add their emails in.
Maybe when messaging the user using a template message could be an option.
I agree, there is no way to send a message template to users from Users > Message or from the message templates page. I need to email new-hires but have to edit the new user template, copy the text, go to Users, and message them and paste the text.
