Add an image to the Course in the View

When you search for your course, would be helpful to have an image of that course (for us it's machine) instead of having to open it first and then have the image.

Payment should happen after approval

Can we have the payment for the course to happen after approval of the course enrollment? Currently, they pay for the course and then wait for approval of the course. This would cause too many refunds, if they are to be rejected.

Welcome/Home Page Label Customisations

When an admin adds new content containers to the welcome page (Setup > Templates), it would be useful to be able to change the label text. e.g. Add Featured Courses ribbon but call it 'Featured' or remove the label altogether.
