When an Observation Checklist is in progress, there is no way to see how the checklist is going. Only upon submittal is any of the data available.

Link global resources to course resources

Develop a single repository for resources and allow linking from courses to the global repository. that way there is only one file and we won't have to remember which courses have resources attached.

The blue or gray icon for the Observation Checklists is not clear to our admins. A checkbox for incomplete items and a checkmark in that box for completed items would be much clearer.
