Payment should happen after approval

Can we have the payment for the course to happen after approval of the course enrollment? Currently, they pay for the course and then wait for approval of the course. This would cause too many refunds, if they are to be rejected.

Make Shipping details reportable

Please make shipping details reportable from the Transaction report and/or the Transaction Details report. If someone enters shipping details the only way to find that info is from the Receipt screen from the Transaction report.

Apply Coupon Code to Multiple Uses
