Private/ public option when adding question into question bank

I was thinking if there should be a privacy option to be added when we create questions to add into question bank or option to save into question bank when creating new question in assessment/quiz Is there any demand for this?

Course Showing Resume Until Assignment Has Been Uploaded

If there is an upload required for a course, the course should show "resume" until an assignment/handout was successfully uploaded (or successfully approved by Course Instructor, if required) it appears that right now, a course shows as completed ...
