Course filtering

Have Courses > Filter default to "Name" instead of "# of Ratings" Better yet, have it remember/save the last settings or recently/most used. Or let admin choose what should appear first based on usage--not alphabetical.

Option to remove the "Catalogue" heading from front page

There currently isn't an option to remove the Catalogue heading on the homepage - would love to be able to change or remove it.
