Allow users to update their own email/username

Please add an optional setting to allow users to update their own email/username without needing Admin rights. We are getting tired of only an Admin having the ability to manual update a user's email/username.

Fix the race condition on api/Rest/v1/Authenticate

It really sucks that you need to have a global distributed lock just to use the API. Logging in should not invalidate the previous API session.
