This would help ensure that learners cannot advance until the slide is complete. If they advance now, and the slide is required but not complete, then the course does not show as complete and they have to return to the menu and find the slide that they did not complete.

We currently have 2 options which satisfy your need :
Disable forward seeking
Need to reach the end of slide for completion
When you enable both options on your slide, learners will be forced to wait until the end of the audio to be able to navigate to another slide
Navigation buttons can be turned off from the Player Appearance panel for the whole course, or for a single slide under the Player Toolbar menu.
