We have a set of curriculum due 14 days after they start, the learner is automatically enrolled into based on their hire date. However their true start date sometimes doesn't match that hire date (the date they are put in the system).
It would be good to be able to go into an individual learner and adjust a due date for a course/curriculum when needed.
I agree adding the ability to change the curriculum due date for an individual learner would be a huge asset.
Robert, that suggestion works for courses, but not for a curriculum due date. Please add this functionality for curricula!
Hello,
Using the Edit Enrollment action on the Course Enrollments, User Enrollments, or Course Activity reports enables you to modify the due date for just the one learner:
While it is possible to edit individual enrollments, there needs to be an option to reset the enrollment start date. In our previous LMS I used the following workaround when a new hire's start date was delayed, but the account had already been created.
Disabling the user account resulted in all assignments being removed.
Enabling the user account resulted in all assignments being re-made, but the new dates were based on today's date.
Absorb LMS does not revise the due date when a learner's account is reactivated, so anyone returning from leave for example, comes back to overdue courses.
