Auto enroll course enrollees to collaborations assigned to a course

Users assigned a course should be assigned to any and all collaborations that have been assigned to the course as well.

    This is similar to the idea I added a while back - https://ideas.absorblms.com/ideas/LMS-I-789. Whatever it's called, it gets my vote!
