we have bunch of users without Airbnb ID in Absorb. And we have got a separate sheet with Airbnb ID field which i would like to populate on a mass setup. I tried user import but it went unsuccessful. It would be great to have this ability to import mass data.

If Airbnb ID is a custom field, then the User Import should be viable for updating this, however you would need to update users 1 department at a time, alternatively a Data Import through our Integrations team could resolve this as well, please reach out to your CSM for more details on both options.
