We find ourselves in need of having more flexibility on who can approve in the session approvals report. We have some departments where, we have a specific role to manage training schedules, and others, its' the supervisors. If there were a setting on the ROLE permissions, we could have a role that is able to approve on the session report for their dept to which they are admin, and still have the notifications and course setting to be the supervisor.
