Similar to courses, I'd like to see an option where the learner can rate a global resource. We want our employees to be able to load their own resources. With that, we'd like to give other employees/learners the ability to rate them.
I was just talking about this. The courses have a rating but not the global resources. If we create documents that aren't helpful to the learners, how will we know if we don't have a rating on them?
