Allow the ability to edit or hide default dashboards to viewers
We do have a use case for some of the default dashboards but others are not relevant to our business. It would be great to have the option to hide default dashboards from the viewers.
Please could you review this idea again? We purchased the Analyze add-on to share viewer licenses with our instructors so they could review their performance and course evaluations. However, this default dashboard folder is the only limitation we now encounter when sharing with external stakeholders due to concerns about confidential information. We now have to export each dashboard in a PDF (for rating questions) and Excel (for open-text questions) and send them by email, which defeats the purpose of automating and streamlining processes.
Same here ... it is not relevant for viewers to have access to all of these default Dashboards (some contain critical information) It's like having the ability to "install" an application on a company PC without being an Admin.

Thanks Pamela! We did duplicate and modify the defaults, but this experience of having both will be confusing for our viewers once we expand.
Thank you for this suggestion. I can see why this would be helpful. I will see if this is possible.
I will update the post when I know either way.
