Automatically mark attendance in an ILC from Zoom Attendee Report

Today it take a lot of time to go through the zoom attendee report and match them up with the attendees to mark attendance. It would be good to be able to import the report and have it auto mark the ILC (or at least do 90% of it)

    Thank you all for the feedback for this anticipated feature. We're pleased to announce that this has been implemented, and can be enabled in your LMS portal using the admin toggle 'Enable Refreshed Mark Attendance Page with Automatic Virtual Meeting Attendance Tracking'.

    Note that to enable attendance autofill, you will need to de-authorize and then re-authorize your Zoom integration to enable the correct scopes to be able to retrieve attendances. This is a on-time effort.


    It's also important to note that autofill is also available for our clients who leverage Teams or Webex virtual meeting integrations as well.

    Agree. I have asked several times about Absorb figuring out how to automate attendance for zoom meetings. I don't understand why this is a difficult thing to implement.

    Totally agree! This would be a game-changer for Absorb to implement. This was one of the features that really put LearnUpon (LMS Vendor) in the running aganist Absorb, when we were in the decision-making phase. They have this integration in place with zoom that automatically enters the team members ILC attendance. I believe it works using a unique link which identifies the team member and the webinar/session that can only be accessed from the team members LMS portal.
