In that case, I will add "Admin Experience" to the Categories of this idea to ensure the product management team there has a chance to review. Did all who voted on this also have the same intention, a ILC calender view for Admins and Instructors, or was there some learner side needs here as well?
I am asking fo an overview calendar that Instructors/admins can see who is teaching/scheduled to teach what classes.
The leaner has this view in the learner experience, the admin side does not. Very hard to see utilization and/or schedule instructors/rooms used if one person can't see this information in a calendar view. (I know this can be done in reports somehow, but seems like a lot of work to make it there)

Might you clarify that you are most definitely asking about this from the learner's perspective and not from the Admin Experience side? If from the learner experience side, any more details as to what you would like to see on a learner's calendar for ILCs available (i.e. not yet enrolled) will be valuable as we start to design these changes.
For me, it's the admin side - admins and instructors should be able to see all ILCs. Learners should only be able to see those they're enrolled in.
