Assessment/Survey reports need all learners info fields included

I'm baffled why the assessment reports and survey reports at a question level do not have the option to include any/all typical user/learner information beyond their name. You can't see dept, job title, status, username, date hired, etc.

If I wanted to see everyone that is failing question #5, I can only see a list of names. It would be beneficial to see where to target remedial learning. Example: everyone that failed question #5 is also in Dept XXX.

This has not been addressed in the updated Admin Experience.

Also under Assessment Activity you can see the dept, but then you can only look at one person at a time. YOu can't select a group of users from a dept to then see how they answered questions.

    Hi Folks,

I'm sorry to hear that this feature doesn't meet your expectations and it's certainly not the experience we want you to have. We're in the process of incrementally enhancing our reporting offerings, I'll update this thread once I have more concrete information on potential updates to assessment reports.

It is really unbelievable to me that survey or assessment results cannot be filtered by department. It seems like a basic design element of a report.

I really wish this feature can be developed. It is extremely important for our reports. Right now it is very difficult to follow up on departments survey answers. We have to go and filter users one by one which is incredibly time consuming.

100% agree, the basic reporting capabilities should allow for many more fields, it is far to restrictive to be useful and we end up spending hours and hours trying to identify workarounds to make the reporting useful

I'm still unsure why this hasn't been corrected, even if there are only 3 votes here. This report needs more information than just the learner's name.
