Visibility to how users are taking courses

It would be great to have an option to be able to see how users are completing courses (ie, desktop, app, mobile web browser). We have no way to see how users are completing courses and the effectiveness of the content between the different platforms.

Prior to version 5 of Absorb, we were able to be able to see the device, browser and version someone used for each attempt of a course. Having this functionality restored would be great, as well as be able to report on the data. We currently use Google Analytics to get this general information. I would also like to be able to reset an individual attempt, rather than having to reset all attempts. This functionality was also available prior to Absorb 5.

Thank you for submitting this idea, based on a preliminary investigation on this concept we found that there is a bit more complexity than is apparent on the surface. Along with this idea and others, our team is investigating holistic improvements to the reporting experience, within this scope we will aim to make improvements which provide the most value to the highest number of clients and balancing this with performance and stability within the system. This idea along with other reporting enhancements will be taken into consideration for 2022.
