Our departments host many external trainings that we would like tracked through Absorb. It is unreliable to ask the users to complete. It would be great is the admin could add external training on their behalf without needing to impersonate. Also, the ability to add the training to multiple users at once would be a huge win! example: A specific team attends a training hosted externally, the admin could then select everyone in that group and mark complete. We don't necessarily want this as an ILC since it is live and not hosted though the platform, but we do want a record.
