We use locked departments to control a significant portion of our content as well as to assess courses created for specific departments within Analyze. Having a filter for locked department on the course catalog would help us identify which are missing this field in a more interactive way than Analyze and help us to audit content for specific departments. For example, if Department A has 200 courses and curriculums exclusive to their area, then that Admin can just filter to that locked department to view what they own.
