We create a group of many questions within a Question Bank so that a specific number can be selected at random.
If we're required to remove/delete a question that is no longer relevant within the Question Bank, we are unable to do so if it has user data against it (which is understandable), but there is no other option. The work around, that we have had to deploy, is to Duplicate the Questions, remove question no longer relevant, save as new version and replace against the course/s they are connect to.
Has anyone else had this issue, or have an alternative?
We also have this issue and also have to duplicate remove/change the required questions, save as new version and replace. Makes it time consuming and if the replacement isn't carried out correctly can become a nightmare.
