Whenever we have a course that needs to be done on an annual/bi-annual basis, it would be helpful if there was a message template specifically for when it is time for a learner to be re-enrolled in a course. Having different language i.e. You've been re-enrolled in the annual X training..." would be useful because we can let the learner know that they are being re-enrolled purposely and it wasn't a mistake or a system error because the messaging is exactly the same as it was in initial enrollment.
This would be really helpful and save us a lot of admin time letting learners know that they do need to complete the training again as a refresher
