Most of our users work in the field and do not have corporate emails. Should they forget, we reset their password manually to one of our choosing. This process is fine for a few learners but quickly becomes a major task for multiple individuals.
Can we please have an option to mass reset passwords to a standard password? The current state only allows us to send a password reset email, which our field users do not have.
For instance, we can reset 20 users at a time using Welcome123. Once logged in, they would change their password to one of their choosing.
Thank you for taking the time to share your idea with us. After careful consideration, we’ve determined that we are unable to prioritize this suggestion at this time. While we recognize its value, our current roadmap commitments and resource constraints prevent us from pursuing it in the near future.
Please know that your idea remains in our repository, and we will revisit it as we continue evaluating improvements to editing users, specifically the ability to mass update passwords.
Your feedback plays a key role in shaping our platform, and we truly appreciate your contribution.
This would be such a helpful feature! Another option may be to have all passwords automatically set to something that the user will change upon logging in.
Having possibility to reset password to a default/same one for multiple users at once would be a huge advantage.
Optionally, to have a possibility for the user themselves to reset the password back to default in case they've forgot the password would make the process easier for our plant workers.
