We have 100s of users who did an external elearning course on Travel Security. They have all uploaded them individually to the External Training area. They should have been added to a course, as a course certificate upload, so we could report on them and see the expiries etc. I need a way to download all at once, each given a filename which includes the title and user name.
We are using Absorb as repository for certifications of our staff.
We need to extract particular sets of certificates ad hoc and on demand.
A facility to view, list, and download the certificates is required.
I have over 300 certificates, and I do not want to spend hours downloading individual documents.
I see this idea was created July 2022. We also have a similar need where we need learners to upload a certificate to show as complete within a course or curriculum. This would be helpful for CPR, Food Safety, Alcohol Serving, Spa Training, etc. In addition to mass download, I'm specifically wondering if the certificate upload could be added as an option to a course. It'd be similar to the course upload feature but have specifics needed for certificates (i.e. certification type, date completed, expiration date, etc.).
