When a user leaves Absorb, or if they time out, it’s showing in Absorb that the user was in the LIL course longer than the course duration. Absorb is reflecting a time spent value that is much higher than the course length. Supposedly it’s due to specific information not being passed via the API to tell them to “stop”.
Can this be fixed so that I can report accurate Time Spent on LinkedIn Learning content? Right now the Time Spent metrics are not useful, but are of great interest to our leadership.
