Right now, any admin can enroll a user into an ILC even if the course has reached its max enrollment. They receive a warning message but they are still able to do it. It would be great if this were a permission that we could assign only to certain admins rather than have all of our admins have this ability. Some abuse this and enroll users even when classes are full. (And since there's no way or knowing who enrolled who in a course, makes it near impossible to track down. But I digress with that wish list item :-)).
