If you have many courses in a category, we need the ability to select the entire category when assigning courses to a user. Currently, you have to select each course individually. Seems only logical to be able to assign the entire course library based on a one-click category.
Ok, Yes, I see that now. But it cannot be done through User Report -> Enroll Users -> Add Courses
If I understand your request correctly, this is already possible.
Go to the Course Report.
Filter for the a specific Category.
Use the Select this page option.
Click the Enroll Users button.
Add User(s).
Click Save.
