Save Survey Template and Questions/ Question Bank Surveys

Make it so that you can save and resue surveys via a template. Make it so that surveys can have a question bank.

    I agree. We often need the same survey questions in several different languages. It would be nice to have them typed out once in all the languages then just pull from a question bank.
