Observation checklists are great, but there is currently no easy way to re-use checklists across multiple courses. One method is to build each checklist from scratch; another is to duplicate an entire course and then change the other content.
Making checklists more like question banks (or shared lessons) that can be used across courses would improve their usefulness a lot.

Thank you for the idea, this is something we've considered and want to implement when we have enough capacity to make more improvements to the Observation Checklists feature, at this time however we don't have any timeline we can commit to.
