Allow those who proctor, example a Safety Manager who travels to project sites in other states, a course be able to grade on the spot for the course. Don't want to give them full system admin role. just able to add them to certain courses and be able to grade.
Like how Reviewers can only review individuals who have been enrolled in that forklift curriculum.
Background: we have offsite locations that have limited wifi so our Safety Manager downloads the content and then shows on a screen/iPad to 5 guys at a job site and then moves onto the next job site 3 hours away and does the same thing. They currently fill out a paper attendance sheet and then send it to me the System administrator to enter the date of completion.
