Adding a second ILC/ILT painpoint for us. Keeping track of attendance for events is a nightmare. We'd love to have the the abilty to use a QR code that attendees or students scan to check off their attendance.
Really all we need is a way to get a link or code to attendance marking. This is a signifcant qauality of life changer.
Adding a QR Code for marking ILC attendance would be amazing. We currently have over 900,000 ILC sessions in the ILC Sessions Report. Marking attendance is a full time job for us
Another LMS that I used allowed the instructor to create a secret code for attendance. We put this code in our materials or on our last slide along with instructions about how to go into the LMS and record their own attendance. It was a simple one-field form; the learner just had to enter the code and their attendance was updated. Because the code was unique to the session, the system knew how to connect the dots.
