Based on this Absorb development issue which occurred on Sept 12 which required our company to go into each of our 379 courses to switch from "Launch in model (iFrame)" to "Launch in popup" which takes time, there needs to be an easy option to disable access to the system. A setting that disables the dashboard and displays a "System Unavailable" page at the click of a single button. The reason is this Absorb issue does not allow the user to accurately view the lesson and because it takes time to switch all the courses, the system would allow the user to continue to log in. I had to remove the MY COURSES and CATALOG links from our dashboard in order to prevent users from continuing to train. If there is an easier way, I couldn't find it in the Knowledge Base.
