If an existing user from another department attempts to use an enrolment key, they are prevented from using that enrolment key. The current solution is for admin to manually enrol them in the course(s) linked to that enrolment key (or manually change their department to match that enrolment key). This is pretty messy and confusing - especially for the participant. I would like to see options added to enrolment keys to 1. allow existing users from other departments to use the enrolment key, 1a. change their department to the one assigned to the enrolment key, or 1b. enrol them in the courses assigned to the enrolment key.
