Absorb needs a way to archive a course (with/without user data e.g. enrolments, activity, scores etc) so that old unused courses can be removed from the system instead of hiding them.
Something along the lines of: Go to the course, select 'Backup' button and it creates a zip file that can be downloaded.
Once deleted, there needs to be a list available for admins to see all of the old deleted courses.
