Our admins often need to print or save certificates for safety or compliance courses to have on file or for their employees to retain a copy. The ability to complete this as a mass action would save a lot of time and headache.
Additionally to being able to batch print certificates, it would be great if there was an option in mass-action for 'download'. Currently you can only download one certificate at a time but the ability to bulk download would be a great time saver.
