Email notification when certificate/course about to expire

Can you add the ability for a course to auto generate a nudge email to learners, supervisors and administrators when a course certificate is about to expire.

It should be able to read the expiry date in an uploaded certificate or the expiry from the re-nerollment date or just let the admin set an expiry date.

This would be so helpful to be proactive instead of reactive!

We really need this functionality, so that we can renew courses without them expiring for users, in accordance with certain state regulations. It would be great if we could have an automated email sent to administrators a week or two out from expiry.

We use Absorb for all our compliance training. We really need course due date expiry escalation emails that can be sent to the learner and their supervisor once a course is passed due.

This would be a useful feature, especially for participants that have done everything they need to with certain courses, but may have forgotten to download certificates, etc.

Agree with all . I'd add that it would be nice for this option to exist whether a certificate was awarded or not.

Agree. We have this issue now with an organization wide training program. Staff have to re-certify every 2 years, and if they don't do it before the expiry date that have to do the full training again rather than a condensed version. Would be excellent to be able to customize a message that would be able to nudge the learner get back in and re-do the course in a timely manner.

Yes - and also send a message to the manager when expired, and on a regular basis until the employee renews.
