The Reviewer experience can require a lot of extra work for a Reviewer and needs streamlining. If there are several items needed for one learner, the option should be available for multiple completions grouped or to loop back to the main menu. When using the Reviewer Experience for something like OJT it may be broken out into several different items for one person. This requires the Reviewer to come into the system and complete, for example, "Truck Familiarization OJT" and then the Reviewer to have to go back to the main menu. They then have to search for the person's name again to find "Belt Loader OJT" and all the other items that must be signed off. This process becomes clunky as the user constantly has to loop back around to the main menu despite starting from a place where multiple items came up for the same learner. It would be more user friendly and seamless to have it either loop back around to the same user or ask the Reviewer if they would like to be looped back to the main menu or to this user.
Additionally, the "Next Steps" button in the actual checklist is situated far away from the other buttons and requires a lot of movement of the mouse. This isn't user friendly for those completing so many reviews in a day.
Would be great to have a layout that allows us to fill details for multiple people at once
Reviewer Portal sign in page needs to be better labeled to make sure which portal is trying to be accessed.
