It would be great to have the system calculate the pass/fail of a checklist rather than allow the Reviewer. So if I have a checklist with 5 sections that each have 5 "steps", there would be 25 questions so each question would be worth 4 points (unless they can also be weighted). That way, it doesn't rely on human discretion or judgement to dictate a pass or fail for work-related tasks.
I agree. I've had to create training on the training that they complete before doing the training.
