We create courses with the intent that each team member needs to complete on line (ie. read document and e-signature only).
However, on occasion a supervisor will decide to review the course document with their complete team instead of having them individually complete the course on-line. This results in the course remaining as "not started" for the affected team members.
The supervisor will then provide me with the training record sheet with all of the team member names and signatures on it.
Would it be possible to have the flexibility when impersonating the team member to have the option to add a "course upload" so I can upload the training record as proof they completed the course and under the "e-signature" have a box marked "n/a" where the administrator could click. This way the course would then show 100% complete.
