A course can only appear in one category. It would be useful if it could appear in more than one, similar to creating a shortcut in windows Explorer. That way users navigating the catalog could find it in more than one place.
For example, we have induction courses all new staff must complete, so have an Induction category in the Human Resources folder. What would be useful is if the Health & Safety induction courses could also sit in the Health & Safety category.
