Please bring back the column that displays "Time Spent (min)" on a users Edit Enrollment page. This is useful information at a glance and as a first step at reviewing user course information.
(Prior to the AE update) This column displays the total time in minutes that's a user has spent reviewing a course. This is very useful information here on this page! Because If we need to navigate further into any of the listed courses to find a break down of the total time spent for each attempt made, it's only 1 click away!!
Having the total time spent listed on the Edit Enrollment screen is useful and makes sense for it to be displayed here from an Admins perspective. It's where we would expect to find this information when reviewing a users course information as it is in line with helping us determine the level of assistance we are needing to provide.
(Currently) This column no longer exist here and the only place it can be found is on the users transcript page. Thats fine for a user... but for an Admin, it is causing us to navigate away from the areas we work in to access another area. Granted its only 2 clicks away, we still shouldn't have to navigate away from a screen where this information is relevant. This slows our productivity as it causes the system to not be set up for Admins to work efficiently.
I'd like to see an LMS that is actually more streamlined and efficiently set up for Admins to work in with these types or tasks.
I couldn't agree more with this idea.
We pay our employees the time they spent on the trainings while they are off the clock. I would need this column to tell me the same info I can find when I go to edit their enrollments. It breaks it down by date, hours, mins, & mil secs. Having a column that dispalys this info would prove most useful!
Upvote. The Time spent column is visible in the Activity report, but is very useful to have in the Course Enrolments report as well.
So yes, please add this column back. It is sorely missed, and saves you many steps to go from Course Enrolments on a specific course all the way to Activity Report, then entering the course name, then click filter, then check the activity.
