Only one New User Message Template exists. We add admin users directly for clients but learners are added/enrolled via enrollment keys. These two different users require different messaging but both trigger the same message template.
In order to automate the enrollment key usage, the New User message template needs to be set up with messaging for the learners. This means that a different admin appropriate message must be copied into the Custom Template field under the Messages tab for every new admin user account that is created.
It would be wonderful to have each of these methods of adding a user trigger its own message template. This would allow for the messages to vary or be identical, the system admin's choice.
Our employees are added via a different URL by authentication, and our clients users are imported manually. We could really use two different New User templates as some of the message content does not apply to our internal users.
