Ability to ARCHIVE global resources instead of delete them.
Would like the capability to archive (make inactive) global resources. Currently if it is no longer needed you have to delete it, which removes the viewer history.
I would also like this feature. Not only does it allow viewer history to be viewed as the OP mentioned, but there are times we need to stop a particular resource being available while it is updated or until a part of our system is fixed, then we want to make it active again. Having to delete it completely and re-add it is more time consuming and errors can be made.
