This is for admin experience and for learner's experience. The learners are only required to complete one of the courses inside the curriculum to get 100% completed status. We have courses that can be completed online or in person. Once that learner has completed one of the courses, I would like the option to have the other course auto change to "not required". We don't want the learner to be "in progress" and have the supervisor look at their transcript as if they have not completed everything.
Or a quick fix would be to have an option for an admin to edit the users transcript to "Not required" or leaving the area blank for fill in.
Also, when manual changing any course activity to complete or not complete. Can there be an option to write the reason for the change.

As Gregg mentioned, you can now find this enhancement when creating a curriculum and setting the minimum number of courses required. Once the set number of courses has been completed, the remaining courses are no longer required to finish the curriculum. Please see the screenshot below for reference:
