I would like to be able to create more appealing email messages with images, but in a more automated way than is currently possible. So instead of adding an image to the message template at course level, it would be great if I could pull in the course image to the set message templates, so the image would be filled in automatically based on course details.
Thank you so much for sharing your idea with us! We really appreciate you taking the time to do so. After giving it some thought, we've decided not to prioritize it at the moment. We can see the value in your suggestion, but due to our current roadmap and resource limitations, we're unable to pursue it right now.
That said, your idea is still on our radar, and we'll keep it in mind as we continue to look at ways to improve messaging, including the possibility of adding automatic rules for more customization at the course level.
