Now that the managers have access to a great dashboard and the data is so actionable, it would only make sense for a manager to have the ability to message an employee about their training or access some other info like their transcript, certificates, etc. I know this sort of goes beyond the "Manager" role and dips into the "Reporter" role, but it seems as though most managers are already being given a lot of the functionality of reporters as is.
Will we every be able to have managers department set up like Admin Department Set up. And will two or more different managers be able to have the same user on their list? ?
